Terms of Use
For senioradvantage.net and all associated Services
Effective Date: October 20, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website, courses, community platform, certification program, coaching services, or any other service offered by Senior Advantage Academy (“SAA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Student,” “Member,” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.
2. Description of Services
SAA provides real estate professional education, including but not limited to: The Senior Advantage self-paced course, live group coaching calls, the Certified Senior Real Estate Consultant (CSREC) certification program, Advantage Academy Insiders (AAI) membership, and optional 1:1 coaching packages (collectively, the “Services”).
3. Right to Refuse Service
SAA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse service, deny participation, suspend, or revoke access to any Service at any time, for any reason or no reason, with or without notice. This includes but is not limited to access to course materials, the CSREC certification program, community spaces, and coaching services.
4. Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, lesson notes, forms, templates, the Golden Rolodex, the Business Plan and Action Tracker, the CSREC name and mark, and all other content provided through the Services (collectively, “Materials”) are the sole and exclusive intellectual property of SAA and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
Students and Members receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Materials solely for their own individual professional development and business use. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, license, publicly display, or create derivative works from the Materials without SAA’s prior written consent.
This license terminates automatically upon termination of your enrollment, membership, or certification, as applicable, including any suspension or termination of access under Section 3 above.
5. Code of Conduct
Students and Members agree to:
- Treat instructors, staff, and fellow students/members with respect and professionalism
- Use community spaces (including any Skool community) for their intended purpose and refrain from harassment, discrimination, spam, or solicitation unrelated to the course
- Comply with all applicable laws, including real estate licensing laws and regulations, in their own practice
- Not misrepresent their certification status, credentials, or affiliation with SAA
Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in suspension or termination of access under Section 3, without refund.
6. Course Access and Completion
The course is self-paced, with lifetime access, so Students set their own timeline. Lifetime access lasts for as long as SAA offers the course. Questions about access may be submitted to info@senioradvantage.net.
SAA is not obligated to maintain, archive, or provide continued access to course recordings, replays, or any course materials after the course is discontinued or a Student’s access ends under Section 3 or Section 7, except as otherwise provided for active CSREC certification holders under Section 9.
7. Course Refund Policy
This Section 7 applies only to course enrollments at the $147 founding price and the $497 price. Enrollments at the $997 price (on or after January 1, 2027) are governed instead by the Do-the-Work Money-Back Guarantee in the Refund Policy, Section 1A.
Course enrollments at the $147 and $497 prices are non-refundable. Course enrollment is a one-time payment; there is no installment plan.
Refunds, including the Do-the-Work Money-Back Guarantee for enrollments at the $997 price, are governed by our Refund Policy. If these Terms and the Refund Policy differ on a refund, the Refund Policy controls.
8. CSREC Certification — Requirements
Certification as a Certified Senior Real Estate Consultant (“CSREC”) requires completion of all program requirements as described in the course materials, including passing the certification exam, 5 coaching sessions (at least 3 live, up to 2 from replays; weekly Mastermind calls count), submission of required verification materials, and payment of the certification fee. The certification exam may be retaken an unlimited number of times, at least 24 hours apart. SAA reserves sole discretion to determine whether certification requirements have been satisfied.
9. CSREC Certification — Annual Renewal
The CSREC designation must be renewed annually to remain active and to retain the right to publicly represent oneself as a CSREC.
- Renewal ($169 per year) renews automatically on each certificant’s own certification anniversary date. You may cancel any time before your renewal date (your certification anniversary). Renewal also requires a yearly Ethics re-affirmation.
- If the automatic renewal payment fails and renewal is not completed within two (2) weeks after your renewal date (your certification anniversary), a late fee of $25 applies.
- Renewals not completed by the renewal date enter a sixty (60) day grace period. If renewal is not completed by the end of the grace period, the certification will lapse. A lapsed certification may only be reinstated by retaking and passing the certification exam in full, subject to then-current requirements and fees.
- Certified Senior Real Estate Consultants in good standing have access to updated classes and content made available to certified members as part of their active renewal.
- Use of the “CSREC” designation, name, or mark by any individual whose certification has lapsed or been revoked is strictly prohibited.
10. CSREC Certification Fee — Refund Policy
The CSREC certification fee is $244 ($75 application + $169 yearly renewal) and is paid with the application, before the certification test. Advantage Academy Insiders is a separate purchase and is not included in the certification fee. Once the CSREC certification has been issued, the certification fee is non-refundable.
If a Student submits payment but withdraws their application, or SAA is unable to issue the credential, before the certification is issued, SAA will refund the certification fee in full.
11. Advantage Academy Insiders (AAI) Membership
- AAI membership is $1,200 per year if joined at certification (that rate is kept for as long as the Member stays a member) or $1,500 per year if joined later. Membership is billed yearly; there is no monthly plan.
- Membership renews automatically each year on the Member’s own join anniversary date. You may cancel any time before your renewal date (your certification anniversary).
- Cancellations do not result in refunds for the then-current billing period.
- AAI membership is available only to individuals who hold an active, current CSREC certification. Membership is contingent on maintaining that certification.
- The license to use any materials provided through AAI membership terminates immediately upon (a) non-renewal or lapse of the underlying CSREC certification, or (b) withdrawal or cancellation from AAI, whichever occurs first.
12. 1:1 Coaching Program
- 1:1 coaching is a 90-day program: $997 for Advantage Academy Insiders members, or $1,500 (or $250 per session) for non-Insiders.
- Calls follow a 90-day schedule. A call cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice is forfeited.
- All calls must be completed within 120 days of the date of purchase. Calls not completed within 120 days expire and are non-refundable.
- Refunds for the coaching package are available within ten (10) days of purchase, and only if no call has been held yet.
13. Payment Terms
All fees are due at the time specified for each Service. SAA reserves the right to change pricing for new enrollments or renewals at any time; changes will not retroactively alter fees already paid for active terms.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. SAA does not guarantee any particular business outcome, income, or result from completion of the course, certification, or coaching program.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SAA, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if SAA has been advised of the possibility of such damages. SAA’s total liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to SAA in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SAA and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party, including any claims arising from your real estate practice or your interactions with your own clients.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
18. Changes to These Terms
SAA may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated to active Students and Members where reasonably practicable.
