CSREC™ & Academy FAQ

Straight answers about the course, the live calls, and the CSREC™ (Certified Senior Real Estate Consultant) credential.

Who is the Senior Advantage Academy for?

Real estate agents who work with older adults and their families, or want to. It's built especially for experienced agents who have had a few older clients, know there's more to it than a regular listing, and want a real process for the conversations, the family, and the timeline.

How long does the course take?

The course is self-paced, with lifetime access, so you set the timeline. Start with the modules available now. New modules are released weekly, and founding students get each one the day it goes live.

Is it online? Where are the live calls?

Yes. The course lives online in our private Skool group. The Weekly Mastermind Group meets live on Skool, Fridays 11:00 AM–12:00 PM Central, starting October 16, 2026.

How do I earn the CSREC™?

Certification is optional. Finish the modules and 5 coaching sessions (at least 3 live, up to 2 from replays; weekly Mastermind calls count), complete your Local Market Verification, sign the Ethics Affirmation, fill out the Course Evaluation, then apply and pay the $244 certification fee and take the test (70% to pass, unlimited tries 24 hours apart). The certification page walks through each step.

What does it cost?

Founding enrollment is $147 one-time, and standard enrollment is $497 one-time through Dec 31, 2026, and $997 one-time starting Jan 1, 2027. CSREC certification is optional and separate: the certification fee is $244 ($75 application + first year's $169 renewal), paid with your application before the test. After that, renewal is $169 per year plus a yearly Ethics re-affirmation.
