Refund Policy

Effective date: October 20, 2026

Refund requests go to info@senioradvantage.net. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, through the platform you paid on (Skool for the course; Jotform or our payment link for the CSREC fee and Insiders).

1. Course enrollment ($147 founding / $497 through Dec 31, 2026)

Refund rule: enrollments at the $147 and $497 prices are non-refundable.
Payment: enrollment is a one-time payment; there is no installment plan.

1A. Do-the-Work Money-Back Guarantee (course enrollment at $997, on or after January 1, 2027)

If you enroll at the $997 price, show up and do the work, and still feel the Academy wasn't worth it, we'll refund your full $997 course payment.

Who it covers: students who enroll in the course at the $997 price. It does not apply to the $147 founding price or the $497 price.
What you need to do first: (1) attend 3 live Friday Masterminds (Fridays, 11 am–12 pm CT, live in Skool; replays don't count), and (2) finish the course through Module 4: every lesson in Modules 1–4 checked off in your Skool classroom, and your Module 4 forms submitted as directed in the course.
When to ask: within 60 days of your enrollment date, after you've met both requirements.
How to ask: email info@senioradvantage.net with the subject "Guarantee request". Include your name, the email you use in Skool, your enrollment date, and a screenshot of your Skool classroom showing every lesson in Modules 1–4 checked off. We check it against your course progress in Skool, confirm your Module 4 forms are in, and check Mastermind attendance in our records. If a call is missing from our records, we check our attendance log and call notes.
Answer and payment: we'll answer within 5 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through the platform you paid on. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
What you get back: a full refund of the $997 course payment, with nothing held back. Course, Mastermind and community access ends once you're refunded. One guarantee refund per person.
Not covered: the CSREC certification fee ($244), Advantage Academy Insiders, and 1:1 coaching. These are separate purchases with their own terms.
No promise of results: the guarantee is about whether you found the course worth it. It is not a promise of income, listings, closings, referrals or any other business result.
The Section 1 refund rule doesn't apply to $997 enrollments. This guarantee replaces it.

2. CSREC certification fee ($244: $75 application + $169 yearly renewal, paid before the test)

The fee is refundable in full if you withdraw your application, or SAA can't issue the credential, before certification is issued.
Once the CSREC is issued, the fee is non-refundable.
The yearly $169 renewal renews automatically on your certification anniversary date. You can cancel any time before your renewal date.
The exam is free to sit, so there's no exam fee to refund.

3. Advantage Academy Insiders ($1,200/yr if joined at certification, kept while you stay a member, or $1,500/yr later; billed yearly, no monthly plan)

Paid periods already begun aren't refunded.
Membership renews automatically on your own anniversary date. You can cancel any time before your renewal date.

4. 90-day 1:1 coaching ($997 for Insiders; $1,500 or $250/session for non-Insiders)

Refund window: refundable within 10 days of purchase, only if no call has been held yet.
A call cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice is forfeited. All calls must be completed within 120 days of purchase; calls not completed by then expire and aren't refunded.
