The Process

How to earn your CSREC

01

Complete the Course

Graduate from all 9 modules of the Senior Advantage Academy. Certification is the next optional step — introduced directly in Module 9.

02

Complete the Requirements

Finish your 5 coaching sessions (at least 3 live, up to 2 from replays; weekly Mastermind calls count), then complete your Local Market Verification (your Golden Rolodex of local senior resources), sign the Ethics Affirmation, and fill out the Course Evaluation.

Apply and Pay $244

Submit your application with the $244 certification fee: the $75 application plus your first year’s $169 renewal. The fee is paid with your application, before the test.

Take the Certification Test

Pass at 70% or higher. You get unlimited tries, at least 24 hours apart, until the end of your paid year.

Become a Certified Senior Real Estate Consultant

Test passed — you're now a CSREC. Every certified student gets the CSREC logo to download and a certificate in the mail. Your listing goes live in the directory as soon as it opens, and you can begin using the designation publicly.

Maintain Your Designation Annually

Keep your CSREC active with the $169/year renewal and a yearly Ethics re-affirmation — online library access, new classes, a directory listing once the directory opens, event discounts, and monthly group calls.

✓ Lapsed renewal means losing the right to publicly use “CSREC.”
