Is the founding price really limited to 20 students?
Yes. The founding price is tracked by enrollment count, not a calendar deadline. Once 20 students enroll at $147, the price moves to $497 through Dec 31, 2026, and $997 starting Jan 1, 2027.
What's included in the live coaching?
A weekly live Mastermind call on a rotating theme format — mindset & the senior market, scripts & conversations, business systems & application, and open office hours. It’s ongoing for members, with no time limit, and Mastermind calls count toward the live sessions required for the CSREC™.

Is there a community?
The course lives in our private Skool group, where you'll also join the Friday Mastermind calls. Advantage Academy Insiders is a separate, ongoing membership for certified CSRECs, with a monthly Zoom Q&A and resources like the pre-list packet and HOA framework. It’s $1,200/year if you join at certification, or $1,500/year later.
What happens if I don't renew my CSREC?
Lapsed renewal means you lose the right to publicly use “CSREC.” This is stated clearly in the certification terms from day one — standard for real credentials, and what protects the designation from becoming a one-time badge.
